Frequently Asked Questions
There are a lot of frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) that clients have. If I have not answered your questions below then get in contact and we can chat at a time that is suitable.
Here are the top questions that clients ask:
Where do the sessions take place?
I have an office space in Glasgow City Centre which we can book in advance if that is suits you best. I live in Renfrewshire and can come to your home or place of work anywhere in the West of Scotland. If you have specific needs around travel, I can also travel across Scotland, the UK and internationally. The majority of my sessions are face-to-face, however we can work together via video call (e.g. Skype or facetime).
Can this help young people or children?
Yes, I have over 15 years experience in working with Children/Young People and have a full disclosure through the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scheme for your peace of mind. I’m also qualified and experienced in Community Education and Youth Work.
I can work with children/young people with anything that I would support adults for. The work is developed in conjunction with the parents to come up with a solution that suitable and age appropriate.
How Much does it costs?
The costs are in line with industry standards, but they vary depending on the intervention, number of sessions and how long we are going to work together.
This can be discussed when we have our initial consultation and I can answer any further questions that you may have. I have been trained by some of the top coaches in the country and gain mentoring from some of the best… the skills I have gained costs money and I am building a sustainable practice so that I can help more people over many years.
Can you help me even though my issues are ‘deep routed’ or ‘I’ve had this a long time’?
I am coming from a place that your thoughts, feelings and behaviours can change, quickly with the right support. I am there for clients to make sure they get the support that they need while things are changing. So, some issues that people present take longer than others, but the best approach is to have our first sessions and see how we get on. One example is where someone has had an issue since she was a small child, a ‘real phobia of spiders’, within two sessions she has no fear and is able to pick up spiders.
One client had a ‘crippling fear of exams’ and she went on to pass her exams with flying colours after one NLP session.
My advice is, if you are at the stage where you have had enough and want it to change, then I can help you get to it fast and help you make it last.
What therapies and treatments does Scott do?
I help my clients using the skills and experience that I have learned over the past 19 years:
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

- Kinetic Chain Release
- Thought Field Therapy

- Relaxation Techniques
I use NLP with the majority of my clients as it is very effective and helps people get lasting results in the shortest period of time. That said, I use the tools I have to best help the you with your own challenges.
